Terms of use.

1. What this site does

ReTech’s site accepts requests for offers on pre-owned iPhones. It is not an online store and does not promise a purchase.

2. Initial offers are estimates

Any price we share on WhatsApp is an initial estimate based on the details you provide. A final price is set only after physical inspection, including battery, screen, cameras, Face ID and IMEI status. If the condition differs from what was reported, the price may change or the deal may be cancelled.

3. No obligation

Submitting a form doesn’t commit either side. You may decline our offer, and we may decline to buy.

4. Extra RM20 offer

• Applies to accepted and completed cashout (direct purchase) transactions.
• One offer per device successfully purchased.
• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and may end at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

• You legally own the device or have the owner’s permission to sell it.
• The device is not lost or stolen, and is not subject to Activation Lock, Find My, MDM or outstanding telecom financing.
• The details you provide, including condition and repair history, are accurate.
• You must erase your personal data and deactivate the Apple account through Find My before handing over the device.

We may end any deal that breaches these conditions, including after inspection.

6. Deals and payment

We deal face-to-face in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We don’t currently accept posted devices; we inspect them together at the meetup.

Payment is made after inspection and agreement by both sides, in cash or by bank transfer as agreed on WhatsApp. We do not ask sellers to pay us.

7. Liability limits

We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or damage arising from use of this site. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction.

8. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the update date above.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
