1. Data we collect

Through this site’s form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, iPhone model and area. You may also share storage capacity, physical condition, battery health, faults or repair history.

If you continue on WhatsApp, we may receive extra details you choose to share, such as device photos, battery health, screen or camera condition, faults and repair history, to help us make an accurate offer.

• Source — how you found us, from campaign links where available.
• Basic technical data — page visits and form interactions, without identifying you personally.

We do not ask for bank card numbers, iCloud passwords or your account passwords.

2. Why we need it

• Prepare an offer for your device.
• Contact you on WhatsApp about your request.
• Keep business transaction and inventory records.
• Understand which channels work so we can improve the service.
